Senior Software Engineer, Connectors team

5+ years of professional experience with Python. At least 2 years of experience with Java. Deep working knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs and webhooks. Experience managing data contracts. Proven experience with microservices and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda). Experience with queuing systems (e.g., SNS/SQS). 5+ years of experience with deployment pipelines and version control (Git). Experience with containerization (Docker). Proficiency in SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases. Ability to contribute to high-quality technical documentation.

Lead the research, prototyping, and execution of new connectors using API/webhook-based integrations. Design robust data flows and workflows, ensuring integrations are scalable, resilient, and maintainable. Partner with upstream engineering teams to define data contracts and collaborate with Product stakeholders on tradeoff discussions. Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers and ensure testing frameworks are extendable and repeatable. Define and implement metrics for monitoring, alerting, and analytics. Build CI/CD pipelines and use Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Participate in on-call rotations for your team's services. Actively coach and mentor junior engineers.
