Mentor and coach junior engineers and scientists Lead planning and execution of remedial design phases Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for sediment remediation projects Design bank stability and erosion protection solutions Develop sediment capping and dredge prism design Prepare and provide senior review of technical deliverables Develop and oversee field sampling plans and execution Provide construction oversight as EOR Develop scopes and cost estimates for remedial alternatives Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies Stay current on sediment management regulations Contribute to business development and lead proposal efforts
