Lead Engineer

5+ years working as a software engineer At least 3 years in a lead role Expertise in at least one major tech stack Willing to make the switch to Go and Javascript Experience in building and maintaining high-traffic backend services on AWS Experience in building SaaS webapps using React or similar frameworks Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL or similar databases Proven experience leading engineering teams Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Passion for mentoring and growing engineering talents Experience in async communication with teams in different timezones Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
