Requirements:
1+ years of SDR experience (or equivalent role) in B2B SaaS, fintech, or healthcare industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:
Identify and engage brokers through strategic outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. Research and qualify leads based on Thatch's ideal customer profile. Schedule high-quality demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate records in the CRM. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on messaging and campaign strategies. Provide feedback from broker conversations to shape product, marketing, and sales tactics.
