Requirements:
Senior Level (IC4) professional experience in Full Stack Engineering Proficiency in Node.js, and TypeScript Solid experience with React, Next.js, GraphQL, and APIs (SOAP, gRPC, REST) Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and security practices Proven track record of owning features end-to-end Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability Excellent English communication skills Self-starter with a strong ownership mentality Comfortable working 100% remote in a distributed, global team
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of features across the stack (Next.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Tailwind) Ensure code is robust, secure, performant, and testable Proactively identify technical debt and propose solutions Establish and follow best practices in testing, documentation, and code reviews Monitor system performance and telemetry data Run and orchestrate internal security reviews and penetration tests Collaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams Mentor peers, provide constructive code reviews, and share best practices Engage with the open-source community Write clear, public-facing documentation Interact with customers to understand use cases, gather feedback, and resolve issues
