Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years of CRM experience Minimum 2 years in a CRM Strategy position (agency, consultancy, or client-side) Strong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot Experience presenting complex strategies, translating goals and insights into value propositions, and connecting strategy to activation plans Experience using data to evaluate customer communication effectiveness and plan future campaigns In-depth knowledge of CRM and technologies, with expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive results, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects Experience in providing CRM consulting or advisory services to clients is a plus English at C1 level
Responsibilities:
Deliver and orchestrate CRM strategy for clients focused on data-driven ROI and KPIs. Craft compelling client presentations using data and insights. Understand client goals and deliver optimized communication plans. Use large datasets and analytical techniques to tell stories. Identify work streams to extend client retention (upsell/cross-sell). Develop relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct client audits to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Organize and facilitate client events, workshops, and training sessions. Contribute to crafting pitch presentations for CRM solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in CRM. Collaborate with sales and data teams to create successful pitches. Showcase success stories and case studies. Provide technical expertise and clear explanations during pitches. Participate in follow-up activities to address client questions. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities. Gather and relay feedback from pitch meetings.
