Minimum 6+ years of CRM experience Minimum 2 years in a CRM Strategy position (agency, consultancy, or client-side) Strong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot Experience presenting complex strategies, translating goals and insights into value propositions, and connecting strategy to activation plans Experience using data to evaluate customer communication effectiveness and plan future campaigns In-depth knowledge of CRM and technologies, with expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive results, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects Experience in providing CRM consulting or advisory services to clients is a plus English at C1 level
