3+ years of experience in CRM or a similar role, ideally within e-commerce or digital-first businesses. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable). Bloomreach is mandatory. Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and analysis. Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and CRM KPIs. Test-and-learn mindset. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Clear communicator with a user-first mindset and keen attention to detail.
