3+ years of experience in CRM or a similar role, ideally within e-commerce or digital-first businesses. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable). Bloomreach is mandatory. Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and analysis. Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and CRM KPIs. Test-and-learn mindset. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Clear communicator with a user-first mindset and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute lifecycle and monetization strategies aligned with key business goals. Own end-to-end CRM projects from planning to launch. Implement CRM workflows and campaigns (email, push, in-app). Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams. Leverage tools like Bloomreach to create personalized, automated journeys. Lead A/B tests and track campaign performance. Incorporate AI tools to enhance personalization and streamline execution.
