Fluent in English. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Comfortable in a customer-facing role with attention to detail. Great project management skills. Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS is a plus. Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom is a plus. Experience in teaching, Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles is a plus. Experience designing and implementing best practices and processes is a plus.
