Requirements:
Fluent in English. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Comfortable in a customer-facing role with attention to detail. Great project management skills. Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS is a plus. Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom is a plus. Experience in teaching, Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles is a plus. Experience designing and implementing best practices and processes is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Partner with sales teams for customer setup. Identify and address potential customer pain points. Build trips, migrate participants, and deliver customer training. Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Lead projects and add extra value.
