Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the marine and/or similar offshore environment Experience with marine/project operations, safety protocols, and regulatory obligations Strong organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, and vessel management systems Experience in crewing and/or administration within the offshore industry is beneficial Hold a current or be able to obtain a BOSIET with CA-EBS certification Hold a valid OEUK medical certification Resilient, adaptable, and flexible approach

Responsibilities:

Provide administration and logistical support on vessels Manage crew resources Liaise with Vessel Masters, Offshore Managers, Offshore Crew, and Crewing team Ensure compliance with DOF standards and regulatory frameworks
