Health Program Lead

6-8 years of experience in public health, health systems strengthening, or digital health program implementation Prior experience working with or within National Health Mission, state health departments, or development partners Exposure to AI-driven or digital health solutions Demonstrated ability to translate health policy objectives into actionable, scalable field programs Professional qualification in medicine, dentistry, public health, or health management (MBBS, BDS, MPH, MBA – Health Management, or equivalent) preferred Formal training in digital health, health systems, or implementation research is a strong plus Skilled at engaging senior bureaucrats and public-sector health leaders Able to design, operationalize, and monitor large-scale health programs Understands the intersection of healthcare delivery and emerging technologies Experienced in training and mobilizing diverse cadres of healthcare workers

Lead Health Program Development Build Karya’s Healthcare Practice Identify high-impact healthcare data opportunities Government & Institutional Advocacy Represent Karya with government and research bodies Lead grant and proposal development Healthcare Workflow & Dataset Design Design data annotation and collection workflows Collaborate with product and engineering teams Field & Workforce Engagement Mobilize, onboard, and train healthcare workers Acquire and maintain certifications and approvals Oversee end-to-end project delivery
