Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, PMP) is preferred. 5+ years of experience in compensation program management, with a focus on global program coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex compensation programs across multiple regions. Strong project management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Expertise in compensation tools and systems, particularly HRIS (Workday, Oracle) and data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, etc.). Advance Asana or similar project management tools is a plus. Strong understanding of global compensation practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
