Payroll Operations Country Lead - Netherlands

Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment. Expert legislative knowledge in the Netherlands. Payroll implementation experience. Strong communication skills. Deep knowledge in using local payroll tools and software (SAP, Excel/Google Sheet). Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment. Experience in accounting/reconciliations. Productivity focused, seeking ways to improve and speed up work. Understand the need to work largely asynchronously. Writes and speaks fluent English.

Act as a subject matter expert for the Netherlands payroll. Lead payroll implementation projects. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Develop and implement standardized payroll processes. Provide ongoing support post-implementation. Support the country manager and ops team. Focus on KPIs and SLAs. Implement and improve processes. Mentor and support payroll specialists. Work with internal teams to improve the platform and complete UAT testing.
