Tech Lead (Japanese speaker)

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. 5 years of hands-on software development experience. At least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role. Proven experience with both frontend and backend development. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript language and frameworks. Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills. Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills. Fluency in English. Fluency in Japanese.

Lead architecture discussions and make high-level design decisions. Write, review, and implement clean, efficient code. Mentor and support engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Product Owners. Set coding standards and promote engineering best practices. Stay current with new technologies. Participate in strategic planning.
