Full-Stack Technical Lead Manager

Prior management experience required (at least 1-2+ years managing engineers) Working understanding of at least a few technologies (Typescript, React.js, React Native, jest, cypress, maestro, GraphQL, Node.js, Postgres, postgis, git, Github, Github Actions, AWS, ECS, GCP, Twilio) Willingness to work on Eastern or Central timezones

Manage the quality, correctness, and timeliness of team's software Prepare for and lead planning meetings Write and/or review code Pair program Interact closely with design/product counterparts Manage career growth of reports Conduct regular one-on-ones and quarterly reviews Provide recurring mentorship Build, test, and deploy full-stack software Work within frontends, backends, and data modeling Review team's work critically and compassionately Write occasional design documents Provide guidance for and vet team's designs Set team's technical direction Collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders on product direction Ask questions and follow up with curiosity Communicate clearly in written and spoken form
