1+ year experience as BDR/SDR (Install Base SDR experience or working within existing customer accounts is a plus). Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. Experience in a mix of an Account-Based Everything (ABE/ABM) and MQL environment. Proven experience meeting and exceeding quotas and accurately forecasting the business. Track record of collaborating and demonstrated success in sales organizations that foster teamwork. Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic. Process-oriented with strong attention to detail. High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company. Adept computer skills. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Salesforce and Outreach preferred. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
