7–10 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain management, or trade compliance At least 3 years in a leadership role Proven experience overseeing a team responsible for freight operations, export documentation, and client support Extensive experience navigating international tax regulations and ensuring compliance with global frameworks Proven expertise in change management and organizational transformation Strong knowledge of Incoterms, ECCN/HTS classification, export licensing, and customs clearance processes Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics operations across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM) Excellent leadership and people development skills Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach Clear, professional communication skills Proficiency with ERP and Transportation Management Systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms) High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance, accuracy, and service excellence Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications such as CSCP, CTL, or CTPAT preferred)
