Performance & Analytics Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, people insights, or workforce performance Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Familiarity with HR systems (BambooHR, Workday, Gusto, or similar) Excellent analytical storytelling High integrity and discretion in handling confidential data Experience in a fast-paced or marketplace/logistics company is a plus

Design, build, and manage HR dashboards tracking KPIs Analyze workforce data to identify performance trends, burnout risks, and retention opportunities Support quarterly and annual performance review cycles with data-driven insights Partner with Workforce Management to align staffing forecasts with headcount planning Deliver clear, actionable reports for leadership on key metrics Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR data standards Automate alert systems for HR trends Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance outcomes
