Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, people insights, or workforce performance Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Familiarity with HR systems (BambooHR, Workday, Gusto, or similar) Excellent analytical storytelling High integrity and discretion in handling confidential data Experience in a fast-paced or marketplace/logistics company is a plus
