Lead, plan, and drive the execution of large, complex engineering projects Design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and robust software solutions and systems Define the short-term and long-term technical strategy and roadmap Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and high-quality engineering processes Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers Coordinate technical efforts and communication across multiple squads, departments, and stakeholders Champion and cultivate a robust engineering culture
