Excellent leadership in uncertain and evolving environments. Strong technical and craft skills for mentoring. Product Mindset: curiosity about 'why' behind features, proactive improvement proposals, owning delivery. Resourceful: ability to get things done under staffing constraints. Impactful: excellent ownership and problem-solving skills, high agency. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. French is a valuable bonus.
