Strong knowledge of production pipelines (script → animatic → design → animation → delivery) Expertise in scoping, scheduling, and change-order management. Budgeting skills and experience in resource allocation aligned with business objectives. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple projects in parallel. Process optimisation abilities: capable of identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve efficiency. Strong cross-functional coordination across creative, post-production, SMM, and vendors. Deep understanding of target audience interests and needs, with knowledge of current trends. Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and using metrics to assess content and process effectiveness. Ability to judge technical feasibility and maintain quality within tight timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication; crisp client storytelling and escalation handling. Experience establishing or upholding process/QA standards and tools across teams. Ability to mentor and raise the bar for other producers; contribution to hiring and onboarding. Fluency working with remote, international teams and multiple time zones. Fluent English; Russian is a strong plus (to support bilingual client/stakeholder coordination).
