Bachelor’s degree (BS) from an accredited institution. Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in program administration, quality assurance, payments processing, or related roles. In-depth knowledge of EN/VR payment and eligibility processes. Experience with iTOPSS or similar transactional systems is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed reconciliations and quality assurance checks. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in case management, data analysis, and standard productivity software. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple priorities. Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to SSA policies and federal regulations.
