Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 Years of experience in consulting, public accounting, business operations, sales enablement, and/or finance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with datasets and derive actionable insights. Working knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606, financial statement generation, and reporting. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with accounting ERP, sales enablement and intelligence, or HRIS platforms a plus.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions. Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in financial reporting and analysis during high-demand periods. Work closely with finance teams for accurate financial data and tax reporting. Manage Sales team account lists and CRM for outbound sales. Develop strategies to streamline sales cycles. Provide support in People Ops tasks like event planning and recruiting. Assist in developing and implementing People Ops policies and procedures.
