Finance Operations Manager

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business CPA or equivalent a plus 5–8 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth startup Strong understanding of U.S. payroll, compliance, and tax requirements Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and executive reporting Proven success managing software tools, vendors, and process automation Strong analytical and negotiation skills Comfortable working independently and across time zones in a global team

Oversee billing, payroll, and month-end close for U.S. operations. Manage financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts. Develop board materials, cash flow projections, and scenario models. Support pricing strategy, margin analysis, and cost management. Optimize financial and operational tools. Manage vendor and customer negotiations, contracts, and payments. Oversee internal controls and process automation. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on revenue recognition, commissions, and billing. Operationalize business priorities and align Finance/Ops with company strategy. Maintain internal compliance frameworks. Contribute to building a lean, scalable operational structure.
