Extensive software development experience as an individual contributor Proven track record as an Engineering Manager leading multiple, distributed software engineering teams Strong product sense and proven track record of delivering high-quality results across the full product lifecycle Experience with B2B SaaS products, including backend services, APIs, and user-facing workflows Demonstrated ability to provide technical depth and guide senior engineers on complex architectural problems Strategic thinker comfortable setting technical vision over a 6-12 month horizon Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote-first environment Track record of hiring and developing senior talent High sense of ownership and a strong growth mindset
