Experience with the strengths (and pitfalls) of using LLMs to build software. Experience working remotely. Extensive experience leading engineering teams and driving complex technical initiatives. Proven track record of making high-impact architectural and design decisions. Ability to hold own in technical conversations. Analytical thinker who can navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems. Experience or strong interest in healthcare products.

Drive and review technical designs for scalability, reliability, and security. Lead agile engineering processes. Accelerate product feature development by simplifying architecture and reducing technical debt. Ensure consistent and predictable team delivery through planning, prioritization, and communication. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers. Recruit and hire engineers. Manage an engineering team of up to 5 engineers.
