Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research Demonstrated experience leading AI research teams and managing the research lifecycle Hands-on experience with Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) Experience with data engineering, pipeline management, and statistical analysis Successful track record of publishing at prestigious conferences/journals and transferring research models into production

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary research team Guide AI/ML projects from ideation to product roadmaps Drive innovative AI/ML research in various domains Manage strategic research operations and foster a lean research culture Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams Ensure adoption of state-of-the-art ML practices Publish patents and peer-reviewed papers, represent Pindrop at conferences
