Research Analyst, Terrorism Focused

Undergraduate or graduate degree in research and analysis, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2-3+ years of professional experience in terrorism studies, international security, global affairs, or related fields. Exceptional qualitative and quantitative research skills. Ability to convey complex security and socio-political issues clearly to diverse audiences. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Enthusiasm for problem-solving and contributing to team culture.

Conduct OSINT research on terrorism, violent extremism, and security threats. Monitor and analyze trends in terrorist organizations, tactics, recruitment, propaganda, and online narratives. Identify, collect, and assess publicly available information from various platforms. Synthesize findings into reports, briefs, and presentations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Stay up-to-date on OSINT best practices and tools. Conduct research on sensitive topics, including disturbing material.
