Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and front-end web development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS, and Twig.
- Experience working with Drupal CMS and build tools like Git, npm, and Grunt.
- Familiarity with Figma or other wireframing/mock-up tools.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2) and responsive design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for user-friendly design.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to build engaging and efficient front-end experiences.
Responsibilities
- Convert design mock-ups or wireframes into Drupal themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work with Drupal’s theme layer and Twig templates to integrate front-end code with back-end functionality.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for seamless user experiences.
- Optimize performance through minification, compression, image optimization, and caching strategies.
- Collaborate closely with designers and developers to translate ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces.
- Test for usability, accessibility (WCAG 2), and browser consistency.
- Use Git for version control and manage code deployments to staging/production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end and Drupal trends and continuously improve your craft.
