8+ years of experience in Product Management 5+ years experience of billing, denials and appeals management product, back office operations or consulting Subject matter expertise of billing, denial and appeals content and processes Familiarity with data models, workflows of Epic, Cerner and other leading EHRs Demonstrated knowledge of interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR Proven success in building and scaling enterprise healthcare products Strong collaboration skills Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent is preferred
