Senior Engineering Operations Manager

4+ years in Engineering operations, Project Management, or Agile delivery roles. Strong experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience moving teams from delivery-only to customer-centric, business-driven approach. Ability to take a proactive role in change management. Hands-on expertise with Jira. Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and modern DevOps practices. Ability to write simple automation scripts using AI assistance. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder communications. Strong ability to gather, interpret, and present operational data. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. English proficiency at C1 level.

Lead and support complex cross-functional initiatives. Support quarterly and annual planning cycles. Track and report on initiative progress, risks, and dependencies. Champion Agile discovery & delivery practices. Partner with Product Managers to enable engineers. Conduct team health assessments and facilitate improvement workshops. Maintain and optimize team workflows in Jira. Support the implementation of Scrum-based frameworks. Understand CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Create and maintain dashboards in Jira and Grafana. Analyze delivery metrics and identify trends. Leverage AI tools to create automation scripts. Document and maintain operational processes, best practices, and team guidelines. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and communities of practice.
