Requirements:
5-10+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, and/or customer consulting. Experience contributing to system design or architecture (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling). Experience in healthcare, technology, or a similar industry is preferred. Professional software development experience is highly preferred. Significant hands-on experience in implementation and customer consulting. Experience building complex technology-based systems successfully delivered at scale. Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through launch. Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical software product features, designs, and solutions. Ability to present and influence all levels of an organization up to C-level/Executive. Previous experience leading/contributing to strategic RFP response development. Knowledge of professional software development practices for the full SDLC. Experience providing support to new hires and colleagues. Knowledge of at least one major CSP and deployment patterns (CI/CD, container, orchestration, IaaS scripting, architecting). Knowledge and/or experience in modern programming tools and development patterns (microservices architecture, scalable enterprise). Experience with health technologies (i.e. HL7 FHIR) is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers. Develop strong relationships with clients and align roadmaps. Proactively lead customers on their buying journey. Provide scoping and sandbox environment support. Identify solutions for existing and future challenges. Support data migration to Smile's platform. Contribute to strategic customer proposals and technical presentations. Participate in product demos and POCs. Collaborate with the Sales team on account management strategies. Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams. Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Smile's products and market trends. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products, sales, and marketing.
