Requirements:
At least 2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or agency recruitment). Experience in hospitality, retail, or healthcare/medical sectors is advantageous. Exceptional phone presence and interpersonal communication skills. Experience qualifying prospects and relaying insights to Account Executives. Ability to engage key decision-makers and translate their pain points into product solutions. Familiarity with outbound account planning, research, and prospecting. Driven to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. Strong work ethic, integrity, and resilience; adaptability. Data-driven and process-oriented approach. Growth mindset focused on continuous learning. Team-first mentality. Advantageous experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Cognism, Sales Navigator.
Responsibilities:
Source, engage, and qualify strategic prospects in targeted industries. Reach out to prospects via phone calls. Qualify prospects for the sales process and schedule demonstrations with Account Executives. Coordinate appointments and web demonstrations with the sales team. Document prospects' pain points and business cases in CRM (Salesforce) and maintain up-to-date records. Provide a positive first impression of Deputy to all prospects.
