Bachelors in a business or related area of study 5+ years of consulting experience or strategic selling of complex, multi-stakeholder solutions Experience with health & welfare benefits, health benefits/HR outsourcing, SaaS solutions, and/or benefits software Ability to navigate the strategic levels of organizations and identify key decision-makers Ability to establish strong team relationships in a matrix sales environment Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Possess consultant knowledge, executive-level contacts and relationships inside consultant/broker firms Command of social media and marketing campaigns for lead generation Strong aptitude with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue
