Head of Finance (REMOTE)

8+ years of progressive finance and operations experience. 3+ years in senior leadership roles. 4 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, or infrastructure companies. Proven track record scaling finance, accounting, and business operations through Series C or later. Experience building financial models and systems for usage-based SaaS businesses. Strong understanding of AI applications in finance and operations. Strong foundation in US GAAP and compliance. Demonstrated success leading board and investor communications. Advanced technical and analytical skills (Excel, BI tools, SaaS financial systems). Experience implementing or optimizing modern FP&A systems. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.

Partner with CEO and Board on company performance insights. Lead financial planning and reporting for board meetings and fundraising. Build and scale FP&A for robust forecasts and budgets. Design financial models for consumption-based pricing. Oversee global accounting operations. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international standards. Lead external audits, tax preparation, and regulatory filings. Design and implement scalable finance and operations processes. Operationalize revenue recognition, commissions, and compensation. Drive cross-functional initiatives for efficiency and automation.
