Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, science, engineering or related field); MBA preferred. 7-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of $1M+ multi-year deal sizes. Demonstrated success in penetrating complex health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers and physician practices. Healthcare IT or imaging informatics experience with demonstrated acumen. Experience with SaaS subscription/ARR models and multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills. Resourceful, self-directed, and accountable. Proven team player.
Responsibilities:
Territory ownership: Build brand and achieve growth/retention targets. Enterprise account selling: Drive engagement with executives to position SaaS solutions. Pipeline creation & discipline: Self-generate opportunities and maintain a qualified pipeline. C-suite engagement: Build executive relationships and deliver business cases. Expansion & retention: Grow existing accounts and ensure high retention. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams for demos and RFPs. Contracting & negotiation: Negotiate pricing, licensing, and contract terms. Market leadership: Represent Sirona at events and act as a thought leader. Continuous learning: Stay abreast of market trends and customer needs.
