Experience in the construction industry with understanding of project costs and assumptions. Proven cold calling skills with the ability to engage contractors and decision-makers. Strong English communication skills, reading, speaking, and writing. High attention to detail with a process-driven approach. Experience in account qualification and building outreach strategies. Ability to manage and clean prospect data. Experience selling into Division 9 or Division 3 contractors (preferred). Familiarity with SaaS or construction technology solutions (preferred). Experience customizing outbound email sequences for higher response rates (preferred). Prior use of tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Orum, or Nooks (preferred).
