Requirements:
6+ years of experience in operations, provider or network management, consulting, or healthcare delivery systems 4+ years working in healthcare, preferably in a provider network, payor operations, healthcare administration or clinical coordination setting Demonstrated ability to build and optimize processes in cross-functional, high-complexity environments Strong project management and documentation skills Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to evaluate provider quality, forecast demand, and drive operational efficiency Attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain an internal provider vetting framework. Define and document vetting criteria and workflows. Manage and execute the provider vetting process across multiple specialties. Collaborate with internal Clinical teams to design and document SOPs for providers. Identify opportunities to support referrals through AI-based tools or workflow automation. Serve as an operational lead to troubleshoot and evolve internal referral pathways. Track and analyze key metrics to inform process improvements. Forecast provider network needs based on referral volume and member demand. Partner with internal teams to identify gaps in provider capacity. Support the design of scalable systems and processes.
