Responsibilities:
Publish and format long-form documents in Microsoft Word. Prepare manuscripts for submission. Proofread, format, and maintain publishing documents and templates. Convert and update PowerPoint decks into new branded templates. Apply company-wide branding and formatting updates. Assist with marketing operations including social media posting and newsletter layout. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation. Support ad hoc and special projects.
