Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred). At least 15+ years of progressive commercial experience in biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical company. Experience in strategic marketing and ideally sales. Proven success of developing and executing global marketing strategy. Experience in leading the global launch of new product in competitive spaces. Demonstrated ability to derive insights/analytics leading to innovative marketing strategies. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and influence skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication. Entrepreneurial mindset with tolerance for ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Drive disease area strategy, shape brand strategies, and lead global marketing capabilities. Ensure global readiness for successful product launch, commercialization, and performance tracking. Design and execute global disease area strategy, brand strategies, including branding, positioning, and messaging. Translate insights into compelling strategies and execution plans, leading strategic discussions. Develop global brand plans, including revenue and patient forecasts. Partner with various departments for integrated brand planning and execution. Drive excellence in global launch execution and share best practices. Identify and manage external agencies and vendors for global campaigns. Serve as a resource to executive leadership for commercial value maximization. Bring innovation to global marketing with digital and omnichannel approaches. Coach and develop direct reports.
