Structure complex deals encompassing multiple components and agreements. Increase the velocity of the sales contracting process while managing risk. Serve as a business-minded thought partner to various internal teams. Build processes, create/improve templates, and drive the adoption of tools and technology for contracting efficiency. Review and update contract templates and user terms. Provide legal counsel on contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives through vendor contract review and management. Develop and implement contract templates, playbooks, and best practices. Manage relevant processes and tools, e.g., vendor approval process, contract management tool. Support corporate transactions as needed. Train and educate internal stakeholders on contract-related legal risks and best practices.
