Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Marketing Assistant.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Outbound calling or lead generation experience is a plus.
- Advanced English (C1/C2).
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain communication with customers.
- Track orders with suppliers.
- Communicate updates with the installation team and customers.
- Keep accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems.
- Manage and create content for social media.
- Support email campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls for lead generation.
- Research and generate targeted call lists.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.
