Growth Engineer

2+ years of experience working in a full stack engineering role. Familiarity with tools in the modern GTM stack (Segment, Mixpanel, Braze, SFDC, Clay and others). Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to find answers and inform strategy. Knowledge of SQL is a plus. Excitement about the potential of AI to make product and customer workflows smarter. 1-2 years of experience on a Growth or Product team. Previous experience at a fast-growing startup. Knowledge of Salesforce, Contentful, Mixpanel, Segment, Metabase.

Leverage data and build data systems to understand customers and identify opportunities. Devise and execute projects driving revenue, customer acquisition, activation, and engagement. Collaborate on product-led growth initiatives (referral systems, funnel optimization, upsell triggers). Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript. Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for product-led growth.
