Requirements:
6+ years of product management or related experience. A track record of defining product vision and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience building or working with multiple scalable platforms (e.g., personalization engines, decisioning systems, or other rules/ML-driven frameworks). Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and working closely with platform engineering teams. Skilled at data-driven decision-making (quantitative and qualitative). Experience working deeply with Data Science on AI and LLM-powered products. History of partnership with UX/UI designers. Strong cross-functional leadership skills. Proven expertise in A/B testing and large-scale experimentation.
Responsibilities:
Use data and research to identify user needs and pain points, creating differentiated experiences that improve conversion and retention. Partner with platform engineering teams to design scalable systems that dynamically tailor experiences. Collaborate with Business Development and strategic partners to design and deliver co-branded or integrated user journeys. Own the roadmap by developing and prioritizing hypotheses at key funnel moments. Work with Content Technology and Data Science to integrate AI and LLM-powered features into tailored guidance and recommendations. Translate complex personalization requirements into clear specifications for Design and Engineering. Create and analyze A/B tests to validate personalized experiences, optimize conversion rates, and inform long-term platform development.
