ServiceNow Project Manager

4–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment. Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies. Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM. Experience with ServiceNow modules: SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC (preferred). PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification (a plus). ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification (preferred). Ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Team player with a proactive attitude.

Lead ServiceNow projects across modules (SCM, FSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC). Create and manage project charters, plans, and documentation using NowCreate. Coordinate Agile and Hybrid Agile implementations. Ensure compliance with project management standards. Communicate project status to stakeholders. Track milestones and maintain delivery plans. Manage project activities using MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM. Support financial tracking and reporting. Identify and manage project risks and trade-offs. Collaborate with internal teams for efficient execution.
