4–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment. Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies. Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM. Experience with ServiceNow modules: SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC (preferred). PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification (a plus). ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification (preferred). Ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Team player with a proactive attitude.
