Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience. At least 8 years working with administration and development of ServiceNow forms and workflows. Must be a United States (U.S.) citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed. Experience with configuring and administering ServiceNow Modules (ITSM, Knowledge, CMDB, HRSD). Strong troubleshooting, project management, and attention to detail skills. Understanding of ITIL framework, workflows, and integration. Understanding of Agile Development framework. Familiarity with federal government security requirements. Experience developing custom integrations to 3rd party software and platforms. Experience implementing ServiceNow application modules. Experience developing custom applications in the ServiceNow platform. Strong familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle.
