Agile Project Manager (ServiceNow)

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT implementation environment 3+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise IT projects Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and techniques Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex, multi-vendor project environments In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) and integration capabilities Understanding of API gateways, cloud platforms, and data migration strategies Familiarity with monitoring tools, AI/ML concepts, and security protocols Knowledge of industry standards such as ITIL, SIAM, and/or TMF APIs

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies Guide the team through the project's phased delivery framework Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog Act as the primary facilitator for communication between teams and stakeholders Monitor and optimize team performance using metrics Collaborate with teams responsible for API Gateway, Pub/Sub brokers, and AIOps platforms Ensure work aligns with architectural vision for Domain Separation Champion a culture of continuous improvement
