Agile Project Manager

1+ years of experience in Agile project coordination, Agile delivery, or team-level project management Solid understanding of Agile delivery rhythms and team execution patterns Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and basic reporting/dashboards Ability to maintain structure, clarity, and organisation Strong communicator who facilitates productive conversations High emotional intelligence and comfort working with cross-functional teams Interest in AI tools (Cursor, Claude) and willingness to adopt automation-first practices Bonus: experience in healthcare, adtech, or data-centric product environments

Own and facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies Ensure stories meet high-quality standards Maintain backlog hygiene Track sprint commitments and proactively surface blockers Support teams in strengthening estimation discipline and predictable delivery Partner with Product and Engineering Managers for requirement clarity Help teams understand priorities and dependencies Coordinate with other APMs/Sr PMs for timeline alignment Ensure accurate capitalization tagging and Jira hygiene Maintain documentation best practices Uphold delivery operating model guidelines Generate operational reports (velocity, burndown, throughput, sprint summaries) Provide concise status updates Support trend analysis for predictability Use AI tools to streamline operations Identify opportunities for automation
