Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) with revenue/ROAS as the primary KPI. Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets ($20M+/year) and consistently meet ROAS and revenue goals independently. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools, plus advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively on creative asset development. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners to drive results.
Responsibilities:
Own campaign performance end-to-end, including pacing, reporting, and results. Source and manage creative, including writing ad copy and partnering on development. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with thoughtful strategy and measurable objectives. Continuously monitor campaign health and optimize for higher CTR, reduced CPA, and maximized ROAS. Document all tests and campaign changes, sharing wins and learnings. Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and yield partners. Leverage competitive research and intelligence tools to uncover new opportunities.
