Senior Software Engineer (Rust) - Bitcoin DeFi

7+ years of software engineering experience 3+ years of Rust in production Blockchain and Web3 knowledge, particularly UTxO experience (Cardano or Bitcoin) Experience with multithreading, peer to peer networking and distributed systems Proven expertise in Rust’s ownership model, borrowing, lifetimes, and concurrency Strong knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms Experience with web services, REST APIs, HTTP protocols Knowledge of Bitcoin core, Taproot Scripts and BitVM is a plus Experience with Multi-party computation and cryptographic libraries is a plus Practical experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven development Skilled in Git workflows, debugging, and designing scalable architectures Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
