Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in an outbound SDR role. 1+ years of experience at a startup (Series B or earlier preferred). Highly competitive nature with excellent critical thinking skills. Responsibilities:
Execute ABM-driven outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts and personalize messaging. Schedule 2–5 qualified discovery calls per week. Log activity and notes accurately in CRM. Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies.
