Staff Product Manager, AI Security

8+ years of Product Management experience in tech/SaaS businesses. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technical products/platforms. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies with product management experience in related fields. Strategic thinker able to translate market trends into product vision and roadmap. Deep empathy for customers and passion for solving security challenges. Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach. Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions. Experience leading product development in cloud services. Domain experience with security research/hacking (red teaming, pentesting, bug bounty programs) is preferred. Strong understanding of AI concepts, AI system vulnerabilities, and AI threat landscape is preferred.

Drive strategy and execution for AI Red Teaming offerings. Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI security solutions. Gather and synthesize inputs from stakeholders, researchers, customers, and partners. Translate AI security, safety, and trust challenges into product requirements and user stories. Collaborate with Product Marketing on product launches and adoption. Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for AI security solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of AI advancements, AI security research, and competitive offerings.
